Cancellation Policy

Due to Consistent no shows or cancellations, we are now implementing a new policy that will require a credit card at time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. 

You will not be charged for your service until the day of your appointment. At checkout you are still welcome to use Cash, Check or Card on file. 

We REQUIRE a 24 HOUR NOTICE if you are unable to make it to your appointment. This allows us to have time to fill your  time slot. We run off of booked appointment times, with no shows and last minute cancellations it leaves us unable to utilize the time in our busy days to get new clients booked. 

Late Cancellations/Reschedules will result in a 25% of the service charged to the credit card on file. 

No shows/No Calls will result in a 50% of service charged to the credit card on file.
